Leonard Alexander brings over thirty years of customer service and sales experience to the Real Estate Industry. He believes in the old adage that “people buy from people”. Leonard prides himself in earning client’s business by working hard and proving he can be their trusted partner. His attention to detail and years of negotiating experience is invaluable to a home buyer or seller. Leonard is also a real estate investor himself and understands how to determine what makes a good investment property.

Leonard was born and raised in the upstate and graduated from West Side High School in Anderson, SC. After high school, he served in the Army as a military police officer. Upon completing his service in the military, he started a new career in the Columbia SC area. He then joined the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department as a reserve deputy to serve his community. In 2017 he decided to move back to the upstate to be closer to his family. Now that he is back, he is looking forward to serving his clients in his real estate career. Leonard currently lives in the Simpsonville area with his wife, Amity, their two teenage daughters, and their pets.
